Over the winter the boys and I have been putting together a fire pit for backyard fires. Tonight we we had our first fire. Josh wanted to burn his papers from grade 4 that weren't his best marks. (Don't worry, he kept most of the stuff) It was a great way to spend Friday evening while Jenn was out. My nephew Braedens' parents weren't home either, so he joined us. Our first firewood was from a dresser that the boys smashed up last weekend. (Are we starting to sound like rednecks?)
